Dancing both Classical and Contemporary from an early age, Limor was selected an
“Exceptional Dancer” by the Ministry of Culture which paved her way to dance in the Army
Troupe during her compulsory military service. Simultaneously she began dancing in the
prestigious Bat Dor Contemporary Dance Company (1986 – 1988) followed by the
internationally renowned Alvin Ailey Dance Company in New York (1989). After returning to
Israel in 1990, she founded the Limor Rose School of Performing Arts in Netanya. In 1994 she
choreographed a contemporary dance show and toured the United States with a company
formed by the Jewish Agency. In 2005 she founded the Aristoclassi Neo-Classical ballet
company which included choreographing several original pieces including the critically
acclaimed “Chain Reaction” (2005) and “Only for you” (2006). In 2010 Limor worked with the
Cameri Theater choreographing the dance sequences in a production of Amadeus. From 2004
she began a collaboration with the Goshen Theater Company that produced annual original
educational musical theater productions for children featuring Limor’s Classical and Neo-
Classical choreography.
Over the last 20 years, Limor has produced and choreographed numerous musical theater and
ballet productions including “The Glass Slipper” (2003), Edmondo De Amicis “Heart” (2004),
“King Gillian” (2005), “Puss in Boots” (2006), “1976” (2006), “The Ugly Duckling” (2007), “The
Magic Hat” (2009), “The Magic Powder”(2009), “Dance of the Fireflies” (2011), “Bialik’s Dream”
(2011), “Jacob’s Dream” (2012), “The Three Musketeers” (2013), “I am a Jerusalemite” (2016),
“The Wizard of Oz” (2021).
Limor and her studio have participated in the following international dance competitions:

Since 2017 Limor has organized the Israeli qualifications for the Dance World Cup and organized
and led the Israeli delegation to the finals.
